Im also only rapidly trying another step some other person told me to do and thats to install the media creation tool.
I appreciate your help and if the creation tool doesnt work I volition try your suggestions.

Hi I have done this stride and I got further with the install only it still keeps failing on the blue screen where it says "working on updates" dont turn pc off, volition restart several times.

I saw soemone on micrsoft to utilise ccleaner and scan for issues on the registry, so im just doing that so will try update again tonight, That simply took me three hours to effort and do previous update so currently not going to wait some other 3 hours at present so will try overnight when i go to bed.
Ihad to manually restart my pc becasue it froze, afterward I restarted it iii times it undid current chnages that were made and reverted back to old version, once my pc loaded upwardly i had a error bulletin saying " installation failed second_boot phase mistake during migrate_data operation".
